Customer Service and Leadership Professional Development Strategy and Training

The Chicago Park District has entered into a Master Contractor Agreement with Global Contact Solutions, LLC for customer service and leadership professional development strategy and training. The initial term of the contract is one year, with options to extend for up to three additional one-year terms. The contract includes provisions for project-specific contracts, notices to proceed, and requests for proposals. The contractor is required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Park District and its officials, employees, and agents. The contract also includes provisions for insurance, conflict of interest, and termination. • The contract is governed by the internal laws of the State of Illinois. • The contractor must perform under the contract as an independent contractor and not as a representative, employee, agent, or partner of the Park District. • The contract includes provisions for payment, take any actions, or waive any rights. • The contractor must not charge any official, employee, or agent of the Park District personally with any liability or expenses of defense. • The contract is comprised of several identical counterparts, each to be fully signed by the parties and each to be considered an original having identical legal effect.
