The City of Wilmington is seeking a single‑prime contractor to provide annual sidewalk maintenance, curb‑and‑gutter repairs, ADA‑compliant curb ramps, and small transportation improvements throughout the city. The work will be performed on a unit‑price basis, with a maximum contract ceiling of $250,000, and requires the contractor to hold a valid North Carolina Chapter 87 license. The solicitation follows a full and open sealed‑bid process, with a 14 % minority‑disadvantaged subcontracting goal.
