2026 RFB-23 - Vehicle Upfit and Installation

This contract calls for a qualified contractor to supply and install a full police‑package of lights, sirens, audio‑visual equipment, consoles, weapon mounts, radar antennas, storage solutions, and related accessories on twelve (12) new 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe 4WD Police Pursuit Vehicles plus three (3) additional specially‑equipped Tahoe PPVs. The scope includes accepting the delivered vehicles, performing on‑site installation by certified technicians (including a certified Motorola installer for the camera system), providing warranty service at the county’s facilities, and meeting a minimum installation rate of two vehicles per week. The solicitation is a competitive Request for Bid (RFB) with a hard‑copy and electronic (USB) bid submission, and the County reserves the right to cancel, reject, or modify the solicitation.
