Tooling BPA Follow-on

This solicitation is a Sources‑Sought market‑research effort for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) that will supply the U.S. Air Force’s 309 Maintenance Wing with an extensive catalog of hand‑tools, cutting tools, gauges, and related accessories (approximately 2,500 distinct items). The BPA will be an indefinite‑delivery, on‑call contract; the “Top 500” items must be delivered within three business days of a call‑order, all other items within seven business days. The contractor will have read‑only access to the Facilities, Equipment Maintenance System (FEMS) for inventory forecasting, and must meet a suite of security, training, and credential requirements (DBIDS, CAC, OPSEC, etc.).
