Sedgwick County, Kansas awarded a three‑year contract to ClearGov, Inc. for a cloud‑based Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) software solution that replicates and enhances the county’s existing .NET application. The solution must import historic data, support remote project ranking, provide mapping and geocode capabilities, enable editing from summary views, and generate custom reports without SAP BusinessObjects reliance.
