GSU - Refrigerant 134A

The State of Georgia, through the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University, issued an electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide 2800lbs of Refrigerant 134A. The contract was awarded to one or more of the following vendors: AARP, Inc, Clean Air Refrigerant Recovery & Reclaiming, Inc., and North American Refrigerants, Inc. The scope of work includes providing 2 - 1,000lbs containers and 7 - 125lb containers of Refrigerant 134A. • The eRFQ process was conducted to gather and evaluate responses from suppliers. • The preliminary results of the eRFQ process were publicly announced, including the names of all participating suppliers and the evaluation results. • The final contract award(s) will be publicly announced after the protest process. • The contract is subject to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.). • The contract includes standard insurance requirements and registration in Team Georgia Marketplace.
