Utilization Patterns and Billing Integrity Analysis

This sole‑source contract with Interlace Intelligence, LLC will provide HHS with nationwide, de‑identified all‑payer claims analytics focused on drug safety, patient safety, and program‑integrity research. The contractor must deliver written study reports, safety analyses, fraud‑investigation memoranda, and confidential billing‑integrity referral packages, while maintaining all work within its own secure environment. The effort is split into two major tasks: (1) a capped‑hour research task (3,360 hrs base, 1,334 hrs optional) covering utilization trends, safety assessments, and fraud detection; and (2) a comprehensive retrospective safety evaluation with a framework for ongoing surveillance and prospective studies, to be completed within six months of award. Weekly coordination meetings, rapid‑response briefs, and periodic data refreshes are required. The contract includes a base period plus a single twelve‑month option.
