Technology Management and Security Services

This cooperative contract provides MOESC member school districts with annual, on‑site and remote technology management and security services. Members may select either of two pre‑approved vendors, each offering a tiered staffing model (entry‑level to technology manager) and 24/7 remote support, with equipment and supply markup capped at 20 %. All rates are quoted on an annual basis inclusive of travel, payroll, benefits, and a 3 % administrative fee. The agreement runs from June 2024 through June 2026, includes mandatory insurance, certifications, and reporting requirements, and allows for annual termination with the possibility of extensions up to a total of five years. • Scope covers hardware/software procurement, network and system administration, cybersecurity incident response, and ongoing support. • Vendor‑choice flexibility lets members contract with either Johnston G.P./JCT Solutions or Pitt Bull Secure Technologies. • Pricing is structured as annual technician rates (four levels) plus optional remote support and a capped equipment markup.
