Description
This contract is a competitive sealed‑bid solicitation by Benton County, Arkansas for the collection, transfer, and disposal of Class IV solid waste (bulky items) from the County’s Special Waste Drop‑Off Centers, with an optional lease of a stationary compactor at the main facility. The winning vendor, CARDS NWA LLC, will provide 40‑cubic‑yard roll‑off containers (or a 4‑yard compactor) and perform next‑business‑day “on‑call” switch‑out service, delivering signed manifests, weight tickets, and electronic copies to the County and the Regional Solid Waste Management District. The contract requires the contractor to maintain proper licensing, insurance, vehicle markings, and to dispose of waste at a licensed Subtitle D landfill. No minimum volume is guaranteed, and the County retains the right to terminate for performance failures.
• Provide 40‑CY roll‑off containers (or lease a 4‑yard compactor) for Class IV waste at two locations (Main Facility and Rogers Satellite).
• Deliver next‑business‑day container swap service; missed service must be made up by 8 am the following day.
• Submit hard‑copy and electronic bid packages by 2:00 pm CST on 3 April 2024; include W‑9, insurance certificates, references, and conflict‑of‑interest disclosures.
