Description
The Frederick County Office of Economic Development (FCOED) is seeking proposals from skilled and qualified contractors to design and execute a lead generation campaign for business development. The chosen contractor will be responsible for identifying qualified leads for business attraction, promoting Frederick County, Maryland to these leads, and offering operational assistance to FCOED in industry-related initiatives and promotions. The contractor is expected to schedule a minimum of 44 in-person meetings over the course of a contract year with high-quality, pre-qualified prospect companies. The overarching goal is to position FCOED to engage with CEO, CFO, or Real Estate decision-makers from companies whose strategic expansion goals align with Frederick County’s value proposition.
