The City of Seattle is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide ongoing professional services that support, govern, and expand its enterprise‑wide Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The vendor will act as a strategic partner, delivering new solution development, maintenance and enhancements of existing apps and flows, governance framework creation, citizen‑developer enablement, monitoring, change‑management, and integration with other enterprise systems. Selected firms will be placed on a 2‑year preferred‑partner list (extendable up to six years total) and will be called upon for “surge” support as projects arise. Key requirements include at least five years of Power Platform implementation experience, demonstrated governance expertise, and proven project‑management capability. Proposals are due Oct 29 2026; a non‑mandatory pre‑bid conference is Oct 8 2026.
• Provide design, development, and deployment of new Power Platform solutions.
• Support, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, etc.
• Develop and enforce governance, security, DLP, and lifecycle‑management policies.
• Create training materials and run enablement sessions for citizen developers.
• Deliver monitoring, reporting, and change‑management services.
• Contract length up to 6 years with optional extensions; work on a per‑project basis as needs arise.
