This award is an indefinite‑quantity, catalog‑price‑off contract for the purchase and delivery of a broad range of science‑lab supplies to the member and associate school districts of the North County Educational Purchasing Consortium. The contract runs a twelve‑month base term (Jan 1 2027 – Dec 31 2027) with the possibility of two one‑year extensions. Vendors must submit electronic bids via PlanetBids, providing unit prices, warranty information, and a catalog‑percentage‑off discount for each line item. Delivery must occur within 30 calendar days of each district’s order, and late deliveries incur a 2.5 % per day penalty.
