0 Hanover Street Extension Property Survey

The City of Lebanon has awarded a contract to GM2 Associates, Inc. for professional survey services associated with the 0 Hanover Street Extension property. The scope of work includes land record research, boundary survey, detailed engineering survey, and existing condition site plan development. The contract has a lump sum cost estimate of $13,700.00 and is expected to be completed within 45 days of executing the contract. The goal of the project is to develop the subject parcel and potentially subdivide it. • The survey will be developed in AutoCAD Civil 3D (2018 Version) and shared with the City. • The existing conditions site plan will not meet the requirements for recording with the Registry of Deeds. • Up to two rounds of revisions may be required with the City's office. • The proposed limits of survey may result in a number of waiver requests if the project is to go through the site plan review process. • Conceptual plan development and/or subdivision plan development is excluded from this scope of work.
