This procurement seeks a qualified provider to deliver educational and/or vocational support services to youth under court‑supervised probation in Cuyahoga County’s juvenile justice system. Services may include tutoring, credit‑recovery, literacy instruction, job‑readiness training, and alternative instructional approaches, funded on a unit‑rate basis with performance reporting requirements.
• Scope covers at‑risk juveniles (≤ 20 years) residing in Cuyahoga County, with services delivered through a court‑sponsored program.
• Proposals are evaluated on methodology, management plan, experience, cost, and understanding of project objectives (total 1,000 points).
