The Scott County Health Department is seeking Public Health Nursing and Home Care Aide Services. The contract was awarded to Genesis Health System d/b/a Genesis VNA. The RFP included a detailed scope of work, project dates, and required forms. The contract is subject to execution of a written contract and the applicant shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract is executed.
