Aircraft Repairs and Maintenance

Multnomah County is seeking a vendor to provide professional Aircraft maintenance services for their 1979 Cessna R172K fixed wing single engine aircraft. The contract term shall be a fixed term for five (5) years. The scope of services includes annual inspections, ELT inspections, Pitot/Static inspections, Transponder inspections, 50 hours inspections, engine overhauls, and any unscheduled repair needs. The vendor must guarantee/warranty against any defects in workmanship or materials and provide comprehensive operational manuals, material service manuals, and schematic diagrams. • The contract includes a fixed rate for labor and a fixed markup for materials. • The vendor must have the ability to expedite a repair if needed. • The vendor must provide a complete cost proposal for their services, including all hourly rates, materials markup, and anticipated hours needed to accomplish the work described in the Sourcing Event. • The vendor must describe their ability to execute repairs and aircraft inspections that meet Manufacturer/FAA specification/requirements. • The vendor must describe their testing procedures to measure the performance of aircraft equipment checked during an inspection and the documentation process to record the testing and inspection.
