Exhibit Booth for Aging- Senior Expo

The Carroll County Bureau of Aging is requesting bids from interested firms to provide 8 x 10 booths at the Seniors on the Go Expo. The expo will be held on September 12, 2024, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Shipley Arena located at the Carroll County Agriculture Center. The contract was awarded to Advantage Conference and Expo. The scope of work includes providing approximately 120-150 booths and other draped areas. • The contract requires the vendor to provide booths and other equipment for the expo. • The vendor must deliver and set up the booths on September 10, 2024, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. • The vendor must provide a total lump sum bid for the services. • The contract was awarded through a competitive bidding process.
