EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT SERVICES

This contract calls for a professional services provider to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive workforce‑development program for the Los Angeles Community College District. The work is delivered primarily remotely and includes employer outreach, student outreach, faculty‑staff liaison, data collection, reporting, and the creation of a remote‑work delivery plan. The district may award a single or multiple contracts and retains the right to refuse any award. The selected vendor will be responsible for building and maintaining an employer database, coaching students for internships and permanent placements, coordinating faculty involvement, and submitting regular progress reports. The contract term is five years with two optional one‑year extensions. • Employer outreach: database creation, networking events, site tours. • Student outreach: marketing, coaching, placement planning, follow‑up surveys. • Reporting & data tracking: bi‑monthly reports, 30‑ and 90‑day employer/student surveys. • Remote‑work delivery: detailed plan for performing all services virtually.
