Firefighting PPE

This contract is between Sourcewell and Municipal Emergency Services, Inc. for the provision of firefighting personal protective equipment (PPE) and related equipment cleaning. The contract has a term of four years, with the option for up to three additional one-year extensions. The vendor will provide equipment, products, or services as stated in its proposal, and all equipment and products must be new and of the current model. The contract allows for an indefinite quantity of sales, and the vendor will be responsible for maintaining insurance policies with coverage and limits as specified in the contract. The vendor will also be required to provide a contract sales activity report to Sourcewell on a quarterly basis.
