KSU - Mailing and Delivery Services

The College of Continuing and Professional Education (CCPE) at Kennesaw State University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide mailing and delivery services. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing supervision, operations, labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to provide professional full-service mailing and delivery services. The contract is a one-year firm fixed price contract with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The supplier must comply with various requirements, including providing proof of insurance, being licensed to do business in the state of Georgia, and furnishing all supervision, operations, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, insurance, licenses, and bonding (if applicable) to provide professional, full-service mailing and delivery services. Some key points about the contract include: • The supplier must have a minimum of five consecutive years of experience providing mailing and delivery services similar in nature and scope to those described in the contract. • The supplier must provide a minimum of three references, preferably from higher education customers, for projects similar in size and scope to the work described in the contract. • The supplier must be in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations to provide mailing and delivery services to KSU. • The supplier must be licensed to do business in the state of Georgia and provide proof of insurance. • The supplier will furnish all supervision, operations, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, insurance, licenses, and bonding (if applicable) to provide professional, full-service mailing and delivery services for KSU.
