Food Catering Services

The Little Elm Independent School District (LEISD) is requesting proposals to establish qualified vendors that offer food catering services, including platters and trays, boxed lunches, deli sandwiches, pizzas, desserts, bakery delicacies, food trucks, and food snacks and beverages. The services will be provided on an "as needed" basis, and orders shall be delivered to any of the LEISD school/department locations or picked up by the participating school/department. Each individual school/department will place orders with an approved Purchase Order or credit card. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to LEISD. • Key services to be provided: food catering services, including various types of food and beverages • Delivery and pickup options: orders can be delivered to LEISD locations or picked up by the school/department • Payment terms: orders will be placed via purchase order, and payment will be made with a check or District credit card • Contract term: the contract will be effective upon board of trustees approval and shall continue annually with the option to auto renew each year until terminated by either party
