This contract awards a vendor the responsibility for on‑site fuel supply and related services for Stephen F. Austin State University. The vendor must provide and maintain two 500‑gallon holding tanks (one gasoline, one diesel), deliver fuel within 48 hours of request, ensure emergency generator fuel can be supplied within four hours, and handle spill prevention, cleanup, and regulatory compliance. The agreement also requires monthly rental of the tanks and equipment, as well as per‑gallon pricing for non‑ethanol gasoline and red‑dyed off‑road diesel, with evaluation based equally on cost and qualifications.
