Design for the Dorms and Kitchen Roofing at the Wyoming Honor Farm - Dept. of Corrections

The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, is seeking a licensed architect for the design of the Wyoming Honor Farm Dorms and Kitchen Roofing project. The project involves designing a rubber membrane roof and applicable components for the four inmate housing dorms and the Dining facility. The contract was awarded to Stasis Design. The project requires the removal of large kitchen roof top units to ground level housekeeping platforms and adaptation of existing roof penetrations for venting, exhaust fans, etc. to the new roof systems. • The project is located at the Wyoming Honor Farm in Riverton, WY. • The contract was awarded through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. • The RFQ documents can be downloaded from the Public Purchase website. • Only proposals submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. • Questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on March 3, 2025. • All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective proposers via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. on March 10, 2025.
