Description
Oregon State University is seeking a Construction‑Manager/General‑Contractor (CM‑GC) to deliver full‑service construction‑management for the Memorial Union West Wing and Mezzanine renovation. The award‑fee is a percentage of the estimated $7.5 M project cost, and the contractor will provide design‑phase consulting, cost estimating, value engineering, and on‑site CM‑GC management through construction. The scope includes renovation of the West Commons dining area into a flexible gathering space, mezzanine corridor upgrades, Trysting Tree Lounge improvements, extensive mechanical and electrical system replacements, and an optional elevator cab replacement.
