This contract provides Snohomish County with a multiple‑award, as‑needed plumbing maintenance and repair service across all county facilities. The work includes leak detection, water‑pressure adjustments, fixture installation/repair, minor re‑piping, drain clearing, CCTV sewer inspections, water‑heater service, limited side‑sewer work, and back‑flow assembly testing, installation, and repair. Vendors must respond to service calls within 4 hours for initial contact, 48 hours for routine calls, and 4 hours for emergencies, and must operate Monday‑Friday, 6 a.m.–5 p.m. The contract is a 2‑year firm‑fixed‑price arrangement with optional one‑year extensions, paid on net‑30 terms (or with a prompt‑pay discount if offered).
