Streetlight Material Order

The City of West Jordan is seeking bids for the purchase of city standard Acron commercial LED streetlights and photo electric controllers to be used on the 9000 South Widening Project. The contract was awarded to Mountain States Lighting LLC. The bid schedule includes 54 King Luminaire LED Acron lights and 54 photo electric controllers. The pricing must include prepaid delivery FOB destination to the Public Works Department. The contract has a 90-day guarantee period. • The contract is for a fixed price. • The City of West Jordan reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The contract is subject to the West Jordan City Code. • The vendor must provide all necessary records for audit and inspection. • The vendor must indemnify the City of West Jordan against any claims or liabilities.
