Description
This contract awards a Los Angeles Community College District digital‑media production effort to create and deliver virtual recognition (graduation) ceremonies. The vendor will produce a district‑wide African‑American ceremony and eight separate college‑specific ceremonies, all to be broadcast in early June 2021, with a possible specialty celebration thereafter. The work includes full‑service video capture (4K/8K), multi‑camera editing, graphics, closed‑captioning, live‑streaming to up to 30 platforms, photography, music licensing, and optional add‑on services billed at a fully‑burdened hourly rate. The award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder after a sealed‑bid process, and the contract term runs from early March to mid‑August 2021 with an option for a one‑year renewal.
