This City of Wilmington solicitation seeks a single‑prime contractor to design, supply, and install a complete two‑wire irrigation system for the municipal golf course, including extensive HDPE pipework, sprinkler heads, valves, a central computer‑based controller, and associated wiring. The scope covers trenching, directional boring, connection to an existing pump station, site restoration, permitting, testing, as‑built documentation, and warranties.
