Limestone Chips & Erosion Stone

The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) is seeking competitive bids to establish a price-based contract for materials to be ordered as needed for 3/8" Limestone Chips and Erosion Stone delivered at DOT garages. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose submission is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, considering cost and other factors such as meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedules. The contract period is for one year with an option to renew for five additional years in 12-month increments. • The contract is for the supply of 3/8" Limestone Chips and Erosion Stone to various DOT garages in Iowa. • The contract will be awarded based on the most advantageous bid to the Iowa DOT, considering cost and other factors. • The contract period is for one year with an option to renew for five additional years. • The Iowa DOT reserves the right to select the delivery point or points and their geographical locations and the number of delivery points and tonnage of aggregate awarded to any one bidder.
