This contract provides comprehensive IT consulting and support services to the McHenry County Emergency Telephone System Board (MCETSB). The awardee must supply a dedicated on‑site technician one day per week, maintain 24/7 emergency response capability, and deliver remote support for network, hardware, software, and security needs. The work is structured as a two‑year base contract with two optional two‑year extensions, allowing up to six years of service.
