CITYWIDE CONSULTANT ROSTER SOLICITATION: Information Technology Consulting (Small Businesses Only)

The City of Seattle is seeking qualified consultants to provide information technology-related services. The city is looking for consultants with experience in various areas, including information technology hardware and software support, computer systems feasibility and requirements analysis, payment card industry compliance assessment, external project quality assurance, vulnerability/security analysis and assessment, and telecommunications. Consultants must meet minimum qualifications, including completing three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having key personnel and/or principal with the required professional licenses, certificates, and education. • Information Technology - General: information technology hardware and software support, data storage and recovery, CAD / GIS application development, I/T planning, internet services, web page development, and LAN services. • Information Technology - Computer Systems and Internet Analysis: computer systems feasibility and requirements analysis, design, development, documentation, testing and implementation, computer programming, and RFP development including internet applications. • Information Technology - Payment Card Industry Compliance Assessment: assessment of City information systems and business processes for compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). • Information Technology - External Project Quality Assurance: independent assessment of large, complex City IT projects to reduce project risks and improve the likelihood of delivering the required scope on time, within budget and with acceptable levels of user adoption. • Information Technology - Vulnerability/Security Analysis and Assessment: analysis and assessment of City information systems for confidentiality, integrity, security, and availability of City information systems and the data which they process. • Telecommunications: telecommunication studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, design, plans, specifications or estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, construction administration or inspection, or expert witness regarding telecommunications.
