Description
The City of Boise is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-site parking management services at the Boise Airport. The contract may be awarded to one or more Parking Operators to manage the operation of the parking facilities. The City will retain ownership of all lots, equipment, and revenues to be derived therefrom. The scope of work includes providing management services and personnel to operate the facilities on behalf of and for the Airport. Proposers must submit a proposed management fee structure, a proposed management plan, and provide information on their company background, experience, and expertise. The contract will be awarded based on a weighted scoring method, with criteria including cost, proposed management plan, past service record, capabilities and expertise, financial responsibility, and references.
