This contract renews the existing yearbook production agreement for Fauquier County’s elementary, middle, and high schools for a two‑year period (July 2026 – June 2028). The vendor will produce hard‑cover yearbooks in specified sizes and page counts, provide all printing, binding, and shipping, and meet proof‑submission deadlines in March (high school) and April (middle school). Pricing is set on a schedule basis for various quantities, with a combined maximum potential spend of $518,186 if all quantity tiers are exercised. The agreement retains all original terms, insurance requirements, and includes a single optional two‑year renewal after the current term.
