Description
This contract is a one‑year sealed‑bid procurement for the City of Worcester’s Public Schools to provide custodial cleaning chemicals, supplies, and related dispensing equipment for 49 school kitchen facilities. The scope covers ware‑washing detergents, general‑purpose cleaners, food‑contact sanitizers, specialty cleaners, and ancillary supplies such as pumps, pails, goggles, and brushes. All non‑sanitizer products must hold an environmental preference certification (Green Seal, UL EcoLogo, or EPA Safer Choice) and be supplied in non‑aerosol packaging. The vendor must also provide free product samples for a two‑week pilot, efficacy data, and a service plan for equipment installation, training, and ongoing quality assurance. Delivery is required to 13 primary sites on a monthly schedule and on‑demand to the remaining 36 sites. The contract includes a one‑year warranty, indemnification, and insurance requirements, with a net‑45 payment term.
