Maintenance Supplies, Equipment & Services

The Waco Independent School District is seeking vendors to provide maintenance supplies, equipment, and services for the Facilities and Maintenance Department and the Custodial Department. The scope of work includes plumbing, electrical, and HVAC parts and equipment, floor covering supplies, concrete and sand, doors and hardware, locksmith items, refrigeration supplies, steel, flags and signs, fencing materials, vehicle repairs and upholstery, landscaping materials, fire equipment, supplies and services, and custodial cleaning supplies. The contract period will begin on September 1, 2022, and continue until August 31, 2027.
