Description
This contract awards public‑relations and ancillary communications services to a single vendor for the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA). The work includes document design, editing, publication, advertising, web communications, strategic communications planning, event support, and related ancillary services. AIDEA will issue individual Notice‑to‑Proceed (NTP) orders for each task, allowing the contractor to submit separate proposals and receive payment on a per‑NTP basis. The contract is a non‑guaranteed term agreement with an initial two‑year period, up to four one‑year renewal options, and a month‑to‑month hold‑over option.
