REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR INMATE VIDEO VISITATION SERVICE FOR SHERIFF’S OFFICE – JAIL DIVISON

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is seeking a vendor to provide Inmate Video Visitation Service for the Polk County Jail. The jail has 13 Inmate Housing Units and 2 Multipurpose Exercise Rooms that would require Video Visitation Service. The county is greatly interested in tablet services and is looking for a vendor that can provide tablets on a 1:1 ratio to inmates. The contract was awarded to IC Solution based on their ability to meet these requirements. Key aspects of the contract include: • Providing tablets on a 1:1 ratio to inmates • Providing content available to the inmates on the tablets • Meeting the needs of the Polk County Sheriff's Office
