Customer Service and Leadership Professional Development Strategy and Training

The Chicago Park District has entered into a Master Contractor Agreement with PROS Consulting, Inc. for customer service and leadership professional development strategy and training. The initial term of the contract is one year, with options to extend for up to three additional one-year terms. The contract includes provisions for project-specific contracts, notices to proceed, and requests for proposals. The contractor is required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules, and to indemnify and hold harmless the Park District and its officials, employees, and agents.
