Description
The City of Boise is seeking a vendor to provide supplemental nuisance abatement services, which may include general yard clean-up, weed removal, lawn mowing, and removal of waste. The services will be provided on a work order basis, and the vendor will be responsible for removing nuisance conditions, including abatement or remedies for abandoned wells, shafts, basements, or excavations. The vendor will also be responsible for boarding up vacant structures to secure against entry and removing graffiti while maintaining the original surface.
• The contract will be awarded based on factors such as experience, staffing, equipment, and pricing.
• The vendor will be required to provide at least three current professional references from different firms/organizations for which this type of service has been provided.
• The City of Boise reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
• The contract may be awarded to one or multiple proposers.
