Public Defender--Queen Creek Law Firm

The Town of Fountain Hills has entered into a professional services agreement with Allen Law, PLLC d/b/a Queen Creek Law Firm to provide public defender services. The contract is for a term of approximately 4 years, starting from March 1, 2022, and ending on June 30, 2026. The vendor will provide legal services on an as-needed basis, with no guarantee of a minimum or maximum amount of work. The town will pay the vendor on a per-case basis, with a rate of $250 per case for services up to and including the pretrial conference, and an additional $250 if the case goes to trial. The contract includes provisions for termination, indemnification, and insurance requirements.
