Mobile Laundry and Hygiene Services for the Homelessness

The State of New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide mobile laundry and hygiene services aimed at supporting the homeless population. The contract will cover the provision of fully equipped laundry trucks, necessary cleaning supplies, and on‑site hygiene assistance, as well as outreach coordination with local shelters and social service agencies. This effort is intended to improve health outcomes and dignity for individuals experiencing homelessness through regular access to clean clothing and personal hygiene resources. • Supply and operate mobile laundry units (vehicles) on a scheduled basis. • Provide laundry detergents, disinfectants, and other hygiene supplies. • Deliver outreach services, including education on personal hygiene and coordination with shelters. • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for vulnerable populations. • Submit regular performance reports to the Department of Health and Human Services.
