The Department of Homeless Services seeks qualified nonprofit providers to develop, operate, and manage drop‑in facilities that serve street‑homeless single adults in New York City. Facilities must be safe, 24‑hour, ADA‑accessible, and offer basic services such as showers, meals, case management, and linkage to medical and housing resources. Contracts are initially five years with a possible four‑year renewal, and funding is awarded on an as‑needed basis through an open‑ended procurement process.
