Description
The Town of Holliston is seeking a contractor to install approximately 1,200 linear feet of PVC yard piping for its Wastewater Treatment Plant (Phase 1D). The work includes excavation, pipe installation, connection to three effluent tanks and treatment units, compliance with Massachusetts prevailing‑wage rules, OSHA safety training, and site restoration to loam and seed. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
