Fundraiser Services

The Grand Prairie Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide fundraiser services. The selected vendor will be added to the district's approved vendor list and may be contacted by individual campuses to provide fundraiser products or services. The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to sales tax and equal employment opportunities. The district reserves the right to waive any or all bid irregularities and to accept or reject any bid in its entirety. • The vendor must provide a completed W-9 form with their bid response. • The vendor must agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The vendor must provide a description of their company and the products or services they offer. • The vendor must provide information on their marketing and sales strategies. • The vendor must provide information on their product or service guarantee and support services.
