District Fundraising Services

The North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking qualified fundraising vendors to provide services to the district's campuses. The selected vendors will be added to the district's approved vendor list, which will be available to all NEISD campuses. Vendors will be required to submit an application, which will include providing information about their company, products or services, and marketing strategies. The district will evaluate the applications based on the vendor's ability to meet the district's requirements and provide quality services. The approved vendors will be allowed to conduct fundraising activities on NEISD campuses, but will be required to comply with district policies and regulations. • The application period is for three years, and vendors will be required to re-apply at the end of the three-year period. • Vendors will be required to pay a $25 application fee and a $25 processing fee for each Contractor/Consultant Affidavit submitted for fingerprinting. • The district will conduct criminal background checks on vendors and their employees who will be visiting campuses. • Vendors will be required to provide a completed W-9 Form, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and other documentation as required. • The district will evaluate the applications based on the vendor's ability to meet the district's requirements and provide quality services.
