District Fundraising Services

The North East Independent School District (NEISD) is seeking fundraising vendors to provide services to its campuses. The district has established a new process for approving fundraising vendors, and any vendor approved prior to January 2019 must re-apply. The application period is for three years, and vendors will be evaluated and approved on a monthly basis. The district is looking for vendors that can provide a variety of fundraising services, including online sales, product sales, and event-based fundraising. Vendors must comply with district regulations, including those related to sales of candy, photography and video recording, and background checks. • The application requires a $25 application fee and a $25 processing fee for each contractor/consultant affidavit submitted for fingerprinting. • Vendors must provide a completed W-9 form, vendor inquiry form, and conflict of interest questionnaire. • The district will use an electronic bidding system, and vendors must submit their applications electronically. • Vendors must comply with district regulations, including those related to sales of candy, photography and video recording, and background checks. • The district will evaluate vendors based on their submittal meeting the requirements established in the application. • The contract term is for 3 years, and vendors will be required to re-apply at the end of the term.
