The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of a drive-through car wash. The successful vendor will be required to provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the construction services. The car wash must meet specific requirements, including dual step pre-soak, on-board wheel cleaner application, and high-pressure surface agitating. The vendor must also provide a programmable wash computer with internet remote access and a hydraflex chemical injector pressure pump station. • The car wash must have a dual arm with a minimum of 28 rotating 0-degree high-impact nozzles. • The surface impact shall be 45 degrees. • The car wash must have a low and high-pressure pump stand with a minimum 25HP 3-phase motor and minimum 40 GPM giant pump. • The vendor must provide a complete dryer motor starter control panel. • The unit must be accompanied by the manufacturer's 1-year 100 percent parts and labor warranty.
