The Waco Independent School District is seeking vendors to provide a variety of supplies, equipment, and services for the District's campuses and departments. The scope of work includes apparel, school uniforms, book stores, dry cleaners, food and discount stores, florists, nurseries, greenhouse supplies, fish and fish supplies, inflatables, party supplies, hobby stores, auto mechanics, auto cleaning and detailing, and educational supplies and services. The contract period will begin on May 17, 2024, and continue until September 30, 2030. The District will evaluate proposals based on the vendor's ability to provide relevant supplies, materials, and services that meet the scope of work listed in the solicitation. • Key areas of focus for the contract include: • Providing a percentage discount off the vendor's catalog, shelf, or list price • Meeting the District's requirements for quality, delivery, and customer service • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations • Maintaining accurate and complete records of all transactions and services provided • Cooperating with the District's auditing and monitoring procedures
