Stakeholder Engagement Activities for the State Freight Plan

The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking a consultant to conduct stakeholder and public engagement for the update of the Montana Freight Plan. The selected consultant will assist MDT in coordinating and implementing stakeholder outreach and engagement during the Plan's update. The scope of work includes developing and compiling a listserv of stakeholders, assisting MDT in responding to comments, drafting and composing a press release, and conducting an online accessible freight survey and virtual stakeholder workshop. • The consultant will facilitate stakeholder engagement, including developing and compiling a listserv of stakeholders. • The consultant will assist MDT in responding to comments and composing a press release. • The consultant will develop and implement an online accessible freight survey and conduct a virtual stakeholder workshop. • The consultant will compose a summary memo of the outreach activities conducted, including survey questions/responses and hosted workshop.
