Y--Stegall Substation Stage 07 Phase 01

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) is seeking a contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete the Stegall Substation Stage 07 Phase 01 Construction Project. The project involves replacing end-of-life control building, disconnect switches, and oil circuit breakers with new gas circuit breakers. The principal components of work include replacing 115kV circuit breakers, 230 and 115kV disconnect switches, re-conducting 230 and 115kV main bus, constructing a new control building and comm tower. • The project is located at the Stegall Substation near Stegall Road in the unincorporated community of Stegall, NE. • The anticipated period of performance is 800 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. • The estimated magnitude of construction is Between $5M and $10M. • The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. • The applicable NAICS Code is 237130; Size Standard is $45.0M.
